Well, I can check ‘enter an art competition’ off my to-do list! I’m now officially entered in the Los Angeles Center for Digital Art’s International Juried Competition with these three images!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I spent a good hour going back and forth, trying to decide if I should enter, what I should enter, wondering if I was ready for this… That was not good for my nerves! There’s one more competition I want to enter right now, the Benoit Mandelbrot Fractal Art Contest, with a deadline mid-September. I’ve taken a look at some of the competition, and it’s looking fierce!  I’ll need to bring my fractal A-game for that one!.

So my to-do list so far looks something like this:

1. Enter BMFAC.
2. Write descriptions for the images in my gallery page.
3. Finalize the gallery layout.
4. Shift from the jAlbum gallery to WordPress, make WordPress the base website.
5. Make a new header image, include a phone number at least
6. Make a new background image.
7. Enter LACDA contest.
8. Add a contact form. It’s now at the bottom left, check it out!
